My personal mission to achieve and maintain a body fat % around 8% for the rest of my life and get that lean, muscular, Hollywood-leading-man type physique (think Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson, Brad Pitt, Taylor Lautner, Cam Gigandet, etc.). I originally started weigh-training heavily in March of 2009 at 5’10″, about 170 lbs, and with a body fat % up over 18%. I was “skinnyfat” (fat and skinny at the same time).
